We operate a cleaning and gardening business aimed at giving clients back their time by taking care of tasks they may not have the time to do themselves. Additionally, we offer assistance to the elderly and disabled, enabling them to maintain their independence within the community.

Currently, we are in search of an administrative and scheduling assistant who possesses experience, dedication, and the ability to positively impact people's lives. It's important to highlight that this role requires working efficiently under pressure while maintaining respect for colleagues and management, as well as an early morning start.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing various office tasks proficiently.
• Handling phone calls and emails with efficiency.
• Drafting and preparing correspondence.
• Effectively organizing and managing schedules and calendars.
• Coordinating and organizing business operations.
• Accurately completing data entry tasks.

Requirements:
 

• Should possess a deep familiarity with the Perth metropolitan area.
• Demonstrated ability to work meticulously and accurately, even in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player with effective collaboration skills.
• Minimum of one to two years of complex scheduling administrative experience.
• Preference given to candidates with qualifications in office administration, scheduling, or related fields.
• Availability to start work early in the morning.
