Responsibilities include:
- Managing various office tasks proficiently.
- Handling phone calls and emails with efficiency.
- Drafting and preparing correspondence.
- Effectively organizing and managing schedules and calendars.
- Coordinating and organizing business operations.
- Accurately completing data entry tasks.
Requirements:
- Should possess a deep familiarity with the Perth metropolitan area.
- Demonstrated ability to work meticulously and accurately, even in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with effective collaboration skills.
- Minimum of one to two years of complex scheduling administrative experience.
- Preference given to candidates with qualifications in office administration, scheduling, or related fields.
