Calling all Integrated Producers who aren't afraid to delve into the digital side of things.
Our client is a well-known and established global creative production agency looking to add someone truly passionate about fashion, homewares, and retail to split their time between account management and production management.
Their superpower is their ability to view and build creativity through the lens of production and production through the lens of creativity. From start to finish they are a unified team, and this holistic approach to a project creates an incredible efficiency not possible when the two tracks are kept separate.
You'll work with a large team of skilled creatives including retouchers, post-production artists, sound engineers and designers.
Tasks:
- Manage multiple brands across the creative team within a fast-paced studio
- Liaising with clients to understand business & project needs
- Assessing client briefs and assigning designers to a project
- Creating and implementing monthly deadlines, project goals and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery
- Managing monthly utilisation reports, recruiting & performance reviews
Skills :
- 3-5 years of solid staff management & leadership skills or demonstrated experience leading a team
- Strong project/traffic/workflow management
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite & project management software (Adobe Workfront desirable)
- Strong Account Management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly experienced in print, digital, web, social (output delivery) and account/studio management
