Your new company
Our client, a leading energy provider operating in the Northern Territory, is recruiting an experienced Integration Developer for a 6-month contract in Darwin. The role is also available for someone based in Melbourne as part of the project team is located there.
Your new role
You will be part of a team working on a technology project to develop a new Meter to Cash solution. You will be responsible to design and build the integrations for this M2C project. The role is a 6-month contract based in Darwin (or Melbourne), starting early January 2023.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Developing integration interfaces and applying the integration design patterns.
Design, develop, test, and deploy of the integration services on the company’s integration platform including Azure API Gateway & Azure Services Bus.
Ensuring that development, coding, privacy, and security standards are adhered to.
Creating and maintaining integration design documents and interface specifications that articulate the data mapping, data formats and data transformations between source and target systems.
Working with Solution Design team to understand requirements and develop required IAD (Interface agreement document).
Participating in testing and defect resolution processes and support other team members.
Working with the existing ICT Operations Architecture to ensure alignment with designs and handover activities are undertaken.
What you'll need to succeed
you will need:
In depth knowledge / expertise of Azure Integration Platform Services offerings like API Gateway, Service Bus, Logic App, Event Grid etc
Hands on Experience with Azure Function App, Web API, and Storage
Experience applying enterprise integration patterns using SOA, API’s, Microservices, Message-based and file-based approaches
Experience in end-to-end CI/CD, Branching and Merging
Strong understanding of .Net, .Net Core and C#
Experience in Agile methodologies & ceremonies, Jira, Confluence, Git source control
Good understudying of OAuth, HTTPS, SFTP, Key Vaults and Certificates
Hands on experience with Azure Monitoring tools such as Log Analytics Workspace and Application Insight
Experience working in Utility industry with previous experience with Meter to Cash solutions
Experience in designing end to end application integration solution
