Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Director, Workplace Relations will lead a team of WORKPLACE RELATIONS consultants to provide expert advice and solutions to the People & Culture team, leaders, and employees across the organisation. The appointee will lead the development and implementation of IR and ER strategies, policies, processes and systems that support the organisational strategy.About you
You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience leading WORKPLACE RELATIONS functions, including strategic IR matters, in a large, complex organisation. With a sound knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements, you have experience in enterprise bargaining and implementing agreements, and have worked on significant WORKPLACE RELATIONS projects.
