The Team : Business Accounting
Our Business Accounting team has a long established history of maintaining strong client relationships and delivering best practice financial management solutions to their portfolio of diverse clients. Our highly experienced team of qualified accountants and financial strategists utilise our streamlined policies and procedures to ensure that we are able to manage our client’s outsourced finance function efficiently with a commitment to a high levels of client service.
The Role: Intermediate Accountant
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant or an experienced Bookkeeper looking to transition into an accounting role with a chartered accounting firm.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager and the team in managing the finance function of various clients.
Key Accountabilities will include:
Extensive invoicing in Xero
Answering customer queries and providing solutions
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Allocating billings
Processing payroll
Bank reconciliations
Entering expenses
Experience Required
2-3 years accounting or book keeping experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail
Capability to work to deadlines
Proficient in using Xero
