We are currently seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our organisation's forms and workflows, ensuring seamless integration between our systems and platforms.
Your tasks may include the following:
- Project 1 - Requires coding element for a form set up.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations - Add Captcha (No Bots) - Security best practices.
- We require a high level of documentation and a thorough hand over session on completion.
- Develop, design, and update forms and workflows to meet the evolving need of the organization
- Monitor the performance of Snapforms and recommend improvements for optimizing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and administering forms, workflows, ideally with Snapforms specifically.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
The successful applicant will be subject to Working with children's check and a National police check.
