They have an opportunity for an Intermediate / Senior Estimator to join an existing team working on D&C and Hard Dollar tenders ranging from $500k to $10m.

Role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Project Evaluation: Assess project scope, specifications, and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates.
Cost Estimation: Utilise Cubit & industry knowledge, historical data, and current market trends to prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment.
Bid Preparation: work with the Bid Manager to prepare comprehensive bid packages, including pricing breakdowns, subcontractor quotes, and any necessary documentation for submission.
Value Engineering: Identify cost savings and value optimisation opportunities through alternative materials, construction methods, or design modifications while maintaining project quality and integrity.
