Join a leader in innovative workplace design and the repositioning of commercial office buildings as the new internal Project Manager.The successful candidate will have a strong belief that creativity, passion and innovation are critical to the success of each project whilst providing leadership across all aspects of project management.Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Principal and Directors to form lasting client relationships
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations
Develop and communicate procurement strategies and project delivery innovations
Organise and manage contract administration and engage subcontractors
Provide leadership and insight across multiple concurrent projects
Manage financial performance of projects
Skills and Experience:
5+ years experience in a Project Management role
Experience managing entire project lifecycle
Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
Proven accountability, leadership and responsibility on projects
