ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time permanent position based in Perth on a 5:2 roster. You will be an integral part of Warrikal’s close-knit internal recruitment team.
Responsible for the end-to-end blue-collar recruitment of a wide range of site and trades positions, you will work in a fantastic team to deliver volume resourcing requirements for a solid pipeline of work.
- Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment processes.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to target active and passive candidates, utilising multiple sourcing channels/ technologies.
- Run job ad campaigns, conduct in-depth phone screening, reference/background checks and face-to-face interviews.
- Keep up to date with market changes and identify key target areas to attract candidates.
- Create and maintain talent pools for future recruitment needs.
- Liaise with the mobilisation, training, and compliance teams to ensure the successful onboarding of candidates.
- Generate KPI reporting as required.
About You:
- A minimum of 1 year of Blue-collar Trades Recruitment experience in Mining, Resources or Construction sectors.
- A proven track record in delivering end-to-end recruitment services
- Ability to manage and work in a fast-paced environment and volume resourcing.
- A strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to achieve recruitment outcomes.
- Proven experience in providing recruitment advice and sourcing strategies.
- Previous use of JobAdder and OPMS is desirable.
- Strong work ethic with customer focus.
