We are currently on the lookout for an Internal Sales / Counter Sales to join our amazing team on a full-time permanent basis.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time position based at Seadan a leading security company with a nationwide presence in Bowen Hills. Seadan is renowned for providing industry-leading customer service and technical support, selling market-leading brands such as Dahua, Aiphone, ASSA Abloy and Bosch, just to name a few. The role:
In the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Your key responsibilities include:
Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.
Counter sales including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email.
Liaising with suppliers.
Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders.
This is a full-time permanent role based in Bowen Hills, Brisbane. Work hours are regular business hours Monday to Friday.

Experience working in a customer facing role.
