Randstad is recruiting for an internal sales and customer service specialist to work for one of our long term valued clients located in northern Gold Coast.
The successful candidate will have very strong customer service skills, have high attention to detail and have experience in trade sales / equipment sales.
Key duties
Dealing with in person and telephone enquiries
Process all orders from walk in customers and online
Investigating and resolving customer complaints and queries
Ensuring accurate information is recorded
Assist sales team with orders, stock and delivery stocks
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Always stay up to date with company knowledge and products
Who are you?
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office
Ability to positively influence customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using multiple CRM systems is an advantage
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Experience within the manufacturing & construction industry is highly regarded.
Must Have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Previous experience in Construction Admin / Manufacturing Admin / Trade Admin
