About the role
Job tasks and responsibilities- Handling enquiries of pricing, stock and availability, shipping dates and any additional information that the customer requires
- Quoting and processing of customer orders – via phone, email, and showroom sales
- Manage and follow up customer feedback
- Identify new customer leads
- All functions of CUSTOMER SERVICE and sales
- Supporting the sales team with key accounts
Skills and experience
We are seeking someone that can work in a fast paced CUSTOMER SERVICE/office environment with the following skills and attributes:
- Strong communication skills
- Must have experience in product sales environment
- Customer focused approach
- Experience in a highly customer focused role with elements of troubleshooting and INTERNAL SALES
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
