Join a leading supplier within the valving space as they’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Internal Sales Engineer to provide exceptional technical support to their valued external customers. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our products, maximizing sales opportunities, and maintaining a professional and friendly relationship between external and internal stakeholders.

The Position:

• Industry leading salary package
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Perform application engineering/sizing specs and selection of equipment based on customer data sheet and information.
• Coordinate quotations and technical queries.
• Provide customers with an overview of technical and commercial advantages of quotations.
• Maintain Sales Logics up to date by ensuring data accuracy.

The Candidate:

• 2 years of technical support experience in the valve and instrumentation industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Sales Logics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
