Job summary

About the role
Join our Centurion Lifestyle team, you will work closely with the Centurion Relationship Managers (CRM) by offering Card Members access to exclusive events in the international arts, cultural, sporting and entertainment world, you will:
Profile the card member effectively to inspire them to experience the entertainment world
Research and keep up to date about international events
Plan and organise VIP ticket access for high profile events, such as Broadway, Superbowl, Wimbledon, NBA, Formula One, Coachella and more
Liaise with CRM to enhance Card member’s travel experiences by integrating lifestyle requests within their itinerary
Connect and engaging with new and existing partners to obtain exclusive deals for international events
Act as key point of contact and subject matter expert for all well-known events and ticketing matters
Skills and experience
Your goal is to drive loyalty and profitability, and conversation is key to achieving our high-performance targets in customer and shareholder metrics. As an International Ticketing Consultant, you will be:
Well educated in the international arts, cultural, sporting and entertainment world
Experience in ticketing for events
Proactive, passionate, and skilled in the art of relationship building and inspiring your Card Members
A Problem solver, you need to be confident enough to seek out the solution
Strong ability to prioritise workload and cope with changing work demands
