Due to our sustained growth and progress, NGA is seeking applications for an International Trade Compliance Manager to lead us forward into our next phase of maturity. As the functional lead for Australia, your leadership will play a key role in developing a culture of compliance by implementing a cohesive ITC strategy that is best-practice and fit for purpose.

Working closely with Capture teams, Program teams and employees that make up Northrop Grumman Australia, you will be given the opportunity to unpack complex problems, turning them into practical and pragmatic solutions and guidance using a collaborative approach.

The ITC Manager will lead a capable and experienced team of Trade Compliance professionals and assure that policies and procedures meet the company’s needs.

About you:

With proven experience interpreting and providing guidance on export/import regulations and compliance practices, you will be considered a seasoned subject matter expert in your field.

Along with appropriate qualifications and training, you will be adept at collaborating effectively and courageously in a matrixed organisation. Experience leading and mentoring teams across geographically dispersed locations will be natural employing expert communication skill across all levels.

Your import/export knowledge and experience in the Defence industry (or similar government agencies) will ensure that NGA remains current, competitive and effective whilst maintaining regulatory compliance, protecting company and national security interests.
