The right right candidate will have a real world experience in a commercial bakery setting.
You will be learning the following tasks:
Preparing, baking and finishing pastry products such as individual cakes, croissants and tarts
Mixing dough & laminating
Kitchen operation from production to wholesale customer management
Great attention to detail
Excellent time management and communication skills
This intern program is a 3 months program, at the end of the program, there will be an opportunity for full time position for the right candidate.
