Established in the market for over 45 years, our client is an Australian owned family business and one of the largest providers of toys and stationery products across AU and NZ.
They are currently looking for an Inventory coordinator to join their team.
The Position
A full time permanent position for an Inventory coordinator who will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and guaranteeing inventory stock levels for multiple clients
- Continuously checking inbound/outbound products and making sure they are being correctly labelled, allocated and dispatched as per company policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and Identifying potential stock damage risks and taking the necessary corrective action
- Taking customer bookings and maintaining accurate records on the system (Pronto)
- Expediting backlog orders and delivery dates
- Assisting the Warehouse Manager with stock take and reconciliation activities
- Monitoring and ensuring deliveries from suppliers are within prescribed time frames
- 2-3 year's experience in a similar role, managing a large number of SKUs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders
- A Can do attitude and the willingness to roll up your sleeves if required
