About The Role
The Inventory & Shipment Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day order management of outbound and inbound from Stryker’s 3PL. This role specifically focuses on:

• Co-ordination of 3PL and logistics to meet customer and business needs.
• Salesforce management of opportunities and service queue
• Resolution of day-to-day Customer Service distribution queries
• Outbound release of orders including allocation of inventory in ERP
• Outbound & inbound logistics bookings
• Investigation into inventory discrepancies at 3PL
• Freight provider queries and escalations
• Coordination of Cycle Count activities
• Inventory receipting
• General problem-solving and logistics support
