Investigation Support Officer

• $91,418 - $103,725 per annum plus superannuation

• Fixed Term, Full time until 31/12/2023

This position will be reporting directly to the Maritime Senior Investigator and will reviewcomplaints and identify issues, obtain evidence, conduct complaint data reviews and monitordata, consider quality improvement recommendations, and assist with the investigation process.This position is responsible for regular engagement with key stakeholders in Victoria's waterwaymanagement, and members of the community who partake in waterway events and recreationalactivities. This position works across Maritime Safety Victoria key modes to achieve the mostapplicable outcome to incidents or identified trends and patterns.
Requirements and relevant information
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks and misconduct screening.
