AddressWe are now working with a very successful UK/ European mid market private equity fund. The fund has been established for many years, and has one of the best names in the mid market sector. They invest in well managed, already successful companies across a broad range of sectors and industries.
They are now looking to recruit an Investment Associate to their team, who will work as a key member of the deal team.
In this role you will work on:
Origination of new deals for the fund
Carrying out an initial due diligence of the potential investment
Financial modelling
Presenting your findings to the Partners
Deal structuring and negotiation
Full involvement in deals
