Sydney based full-time investment/lending analyst at a fast-growing property fund 

Role: Associate – Credit Service

Wealth Pi Fund provides a full-time credit analyst position to join our energetic and supportive team. This is a good opportunity for a graduate or young professional with a can-do attitude to build a career in the property finance industry in a boutique property fund, as well as gain valuable insights, develop new skills, meet the diversified team, and establish an industry network. This role will involve important tasks including due diligence, credit analysis, investment analysis and fund management.

Location: Double Bay NSW 2028

Work: Permanent full-time role

Key responsibilities:

  • Credit analysis on property deals, performing due diligence, project feasibility analysis and construction cash flow analysis.
  • Prepare credit submissions, investment summaries, and investment information memorandums.
  • Use an in-house loan and investment management system to track investments.
  • Maintain monthly/quarterly investment updates to institutional and high net worth investors.
  • Conduct industry and market analysis and suburb research.
  • Draft quarterly residential housing market report.
  • Coordination with fundraising team and investor CRM on ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

  • Prefer degrees in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning, Actuarial Studies, Property Economics, Property Development, Project Management with a strong interest in the real estate and investment industry. Other degrees are welcome.
  • Qualification with a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Graduates are welcome to apply. 1-3 year of related experience in finance/banking/real estate industry, will be a plus.
  • Strong commitment to learn and work with attention to details.
  • Fluent in English. To join our culture diversified team, Mandarin speaking is a plus.
  • The candidate must have the proper visa to work full time without restrictions in Australia. Please indicate your residency/visa status in your resume.
  • Require to have or about to obtain a driving licence is essential for this role. 

Remuneration:

Competitive remuneration package based on experience.
