Seeking a permanent part-time IT Administration Officer to provide administrative support to the National ITS department and customer service to the wider TSA community, as part of the National ITS team based in Blackburn.
About the Role:
To efficiently deliver essential administration and customer services to support the strategic initiatives and business as usual requirements of the National Information Technology Department.
You will be responsible for;
- Data entry as required of approved legacy system data into new ITS Asset Registers
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of ITS Asset Register(s) for all Hardware, Services/Maintenance and Software Licenses as directed.
- Raising approved ITS Hardware, Services and Software Purchase Orders as directed, in accordance with ITS policy and procedures.
- Add new approved Suppliers to the TSA Finance system in accordance with TSA Finance policies and procedures.
- Approved Invoices are accurately matched to Purchase Orders and coded for payment processing by TSA Accounts Payable
About You:
To be successful in the role you will have;
- Certificate or Diploma in Business or Administration Practices
- Data recording and maintenance - high level of proficiency with data accuracy
- Procurement; experience in raising complex purchase orders and facilitating the accounts payable process
- General administrative skills - high level of proficiency in MS Office suite
