IT Administrative Coordinator | Federal Government Agency | Initial 5 month contract | Canberra, ACT
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Administrative Coordinator to join one of our Federal Government Clients on an initial 5 month contract. Reporting to the Director ICT Service Delivery, the IT Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for minor ICT purchasing and processing of invoices using the clients online invoicing system. The IT Administrative Coordinator will be an integral part of the IT team and contribute to the overall success of the function by providing effective and reliable administrative support.
Criteria
Essential Criteria
Proven track record in Government procurement and processing invoices
Proven background within an IT administrative support function providing support to IT management
A working knowledge and experience with the Commonwealth Government procurement practices and the Commonwealth Procurement Rules
Ability to use Microsoft suite of office applications.
Demonstrated experience in financial systems data management entry
Desirable Criteria
Experience with SAP and Finance One is desired, yet not essential
Baseline Clearance or able to obtain
Must be an Australian Citizen
