SalaryAyan Infotech has an exciting contract for a Senior IT Business Analyst until the 30th of June 2023 in Sydney, CBD. Our client currently has multiple projects in its portfolio and requires an additional IT Business Analyst to work on meeting deliverables.
The role drives digital-based solutions and prototypes across both business and IT-driven initiatives and capabilities and provides technical leadership and subject matter expertise when defining, developing and executing customer-facing digital solutions. The role also manages the review and analysis of the organisation's business intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.
Skills and experience needed:
- Proven Track as a Senior Business Analyst (more than 6+ yrs of experience)
- Must have integrity be ethical and professional at all times.
- Experience in commercial/contract, service management would be preferred.
- Experience /Certification on Agile or working experience.
- Good previous experience creating User Stories, wireframes, and in particular Story cards
- Experience helping our with UAT and Sprint Testing
- Knowledge of UML, Basic SQL, MS Visio and Wiki Conference
- Problem solving identifies issues and seeks effective solutions.
- Collaborative: strong interpersonal skills and team focused
- Flexible and pragmatic in their approach
- Advanced Stakeholder Management
- Creating process maps and designing the as/is to/be processes
- Support in vendor decision making
- Experience working in large complex projects
