You will be the public face and first point of contact of the IT team, this role is a great career opportunity for someone who prides themselves on providing excellent customer service and IT troubleshooting skills. You will be responsible for answering all helpdesk calls within service level agreements and recording all incident and resolution details in our call management system. In addition, you will be required to monitor, answer and resolve help desk calls as well follow up escalated incidents to ensure resolution.

The IT Helpdesk team operates a rotating 8 1/2hr shift roster between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm from Monday to Friday. After hours telephone support is provided by the team for high priority incidents on a rostered basis (once every four weeks paid as overtime).
