Your Impact
As an IT risk and governance focused Information Security Officer, you will work to enable the business to achieve its goals securely within a regulated landscape. Our culture promotes innovation, balanced with robust risk management.

Your Team
The IT Risk and Governance team protects business operations and supports business agility while meeting technical regulatory, compliance and contractual obligations as defined by the IT Risk and Compliance functions.
We work as a cross functional team together with technical and business stakeholders to comprehensively identify and protect nib information assets. The IT Risk and Governance team works collaboratively with Cybersecurity to translate regulatory obligations and information security framework requirements into clear deliverable outcomes and associated governance activities. The team also collaborates with Risk & Compliance, IT teams, Data Custodians as well as line of business groups to manage and mature the group ISMS, and operationally support audit and assurance activities.

Your Background
Ideally you will bring:
- A passion for risk management and with a working knowledge and understanding of information security principles
- Experience in a technology focused line 2 role, developing and supporting technical governance and control assurance programs, policy development, and familiarity with how ERM/GRC tooling can be leveraged for these goals
- Exposure to Internal and/or External Audit support within regulated environments is desirable
- Experience with assessing supplier risk and supporting supplier contract reviews in the context of cybersecurity obligations
- Familiarity with information security, cyber and technology risk concepts across both traditional and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to articulate technology risk and cyber security issues to non-technical stakeholders
- A detail-oriented mind-set
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A general understanding of IT security concepts like vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, incident response, access control, multi-factor authentication, device mobility, data protection, auditing and network/application security etc
