About the Role
Do you have both an IT Infrastructure background and project management experience and are looking to take your career to the next level?
This role is your opportunity to join our Tattarang and Minderoo family delivering small to medium projects across new building as well as upgrades/enhancements to existing buildings and a variety of other assets.
It is fast paced, and collaboration is key as you work across IT verticals and third-party vendors to manage infrastructure projects within required quality, schedule and budget constraints.
Daily activities will include:
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, translating their needs into solutions, enhancing the value of our assets and the value they deliver.
- Partnering with business and IT leadership to run efficient tool selection processes, factoring in functional fit, cost, supportability and scalability.
- Engaging with both in-house and vendor delivery teams to ensure outcomes are delivered in alignment with business requirements.
- Developing and maintain high quality project documentation, including project plans, budget tracking and status reporting.
- Leading Project Steering Committees and Working Groups to ensure stakeholders are kept informed of inflight activities, decisions are sought, and issues/risks are escalated in a timely manner.
- Managing all aspects of the vendor relationship, evaluating performance, and conducting post-implementation reviews.

From a qualifications perspective we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business information systems (IS), computer science, or related field, or equivalent-related IT experience.
- Project Management training and certification required, such as PMI, Prince2 or Agile.
- Construction white card advantageous.
- Experience in co-ordinating or managing multiple parallel construction and/or infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to delivering a smaller IT project within a wider construction schedule.
- Strong vendor management and influencing skills, ideally with an established network in the networks/telecommunications space.
