Your new role

Your responsibilities will include:
To ensure timely actions with users to deal with technical problems or anomalies (HW, SW and connections)
Diagnosis of the breakdown/anomaly and immediate provision of the most appropriate solution
To ensure provision of the most appropriate solutions for recurrent breakdowns/anomalies (replacement, …)
To ensure the management of telecommunication needs, providing support for the procurement process
To ensure the installation of the work station and the proper working of the system
To implement solutions in full compliance with the agreed deadlines/costs and with the expected levels of quality, co-ordinating internal or external resources
To define common standards as regards equipment and accessories
To ensure Telecommunications solutions (Lan, Wan, telephones, videoconferencing, …) meet requirements
To disseminate solutions throughout the Affiliates/Headquarters, ensuring their consistent implementation
To ensure assistance to Local System Administrator functions are provided
First level Helpdesk and support on local applications
Provide How-to support in users tools
