About the Role
This is a global role operating in an Enterprise environment providing an efficient, reliable and optimised capability for the BHP Enterprise & Global Team.
The role will have an in-depth technical understanding implementing, monitoring and supporting the following at scale:
Desktop technologies (Image management, Win 10 / 11, Office/O365, SCCM, etc.),
Azure Virtual Desktop technologies (Infrastructure as code, Image management, Win 10,)
Messaging (Exchange Online and Exchange 2019)
Mobility (Intune, Mobile Device Management)
Scripting (PowerShell etc.)
Experience with cloud technologies and working with an offshore support team will be an advantage.
Accountabilities includes:
Provide technical direction, coaching and leadership,
Provide elevated technical support to projects, Security, support teams and major incidents.
Assist in the development of automation opportunities
Initiates, develops and monitors effective performance management processes,
About You
Tertiary education (TAFE or University) or industry experience
AWS / Azure Cloud Certification or experience (desirable)
Agile Foundations certification or experience (desirable)
Strong knowledge in designing, implementing, monitoring and supporting EUC Technologies
Demonstrated ability to work with third party vendors
Knowledge in applying Agile
Good understanding and experience in applying data analytics
A strong knowledge of architectural concepts
