About Our Client
Our client is a leader within the professional Services sector. They are currently looking for an IT Project Services Delivery Manager to join their senior management technology team in a newly created role.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Technology and Digital the IT Project Services Delivery Manager will be responsible for:
- Planning and overseeing projects from inception through to completion
- Coordinating people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to business requirements and company objectives
- Identifying and mitigating risks which may impact the successful delivery of a project
- Developing detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work-streams & activities
- Creating project budget as well as regularly monitoring forecast and spend to ensure project is delivered within budget
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management of project resources, business resources and senior management in a timely and appropriate manner
- Tracking project progress (scope, schedule, budget etc) and provide necessary reports to management as required
- Continuous improvement
As the successful applicant you will ideally possess:
- 5+ years project management experience
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence & negotiate
- Project delivery experience involving technologies such as SAP, CRM, HRIS and other systems and infrastructure, in particular related to corporate & professional services systems
- Commercial acumen with the ability to build & manage stakeholder relationships
- Experience with process integration & consolidation
- Experience in training and presentation skills highly desirable
