Current Opportunity
Due to continued growth and record performance of the Melbourne Branch, this fantastic business is looking for an experienced, sales-driven IT Recruitment to take over a warm IT/Testing Recruitment desk.
Our Client offers a great, approachable hands-on Manager who leads from the front and is looking to provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to ensure long-term success and career progression.
Requirement
– One to Three Years’ of Agency Recruitment experience in Melbourne;
– Strong Sales and Business Development acumen;
– Passion for the IT & Telco sectors;
– Desire to learn and exceptional attention to detail;
– Ability to engage and build professional relationships with corporate decision makers at all levels;
– Ability to deliver exceptional candidate care, time management skills and high level of emotional intelligence;
– Strong desire to learn.
Remuneration
+ $60k – $75k base salary, negotiable on experience (+superannuation);
+ Uncapped, transparent, lucrative commission structure, OTE of $300k and more;
+ 457 Visa Sponsorship available.
