We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our effort to build a supportive, client-focused recruitment consultancy.
The successful IT Recruitment Consultant will begin their journey with industry-specific training and team support that will enable them to quickly become an essential part of our operation. This role offers plenty of growth opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be an integral part of the recruitment process - from source to hire! Your duties will include researching top talent, managing candidate databases, networking and calling potential candidates, conducting interviews, providing feedback on applications, and helping manage the entire recruitment lifecycle; from the offering stage to onboarding success. You'll also ensure candidate expectations are managed throughout the recruitment process by providing accurate information about positions and client organizations as necessary. In addition, you'll engage in regular follow-up activities throughout the selection process in order to drive better outcomes for clients and candidates alike.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in IT recruitment is necessary but some form of previous customer service/ sales experience would be beneficial
- Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal & external stakeholders including clients & candidates
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask successfully during peak periods
- An excellent telephone manner & strong communication skills that extend to both clients and candidates alike
- A self-driven attitude with a desire to succeed; comfortable with ‘cold-calling’
