Our client is looking for a Service Desk Engineer who can join for a long term opportunity within the Defence sector, a security clearance level (NV1) is required in order to be considered for this role.
Skills required:
Experience providing technical 1st level IT support to internal employees via telephone, email, walk-ins and remotely
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
Ability to handle, triage and troubleshoot faults and service requests, perform First in fix and engage the right resolver groups
Excellent communication skills and able to follow instructions accordingly.
Outstanding customer service skills.
NV1 clearance is required.
