Our client is a respected national law firm with offices based in all the major cities in Australia including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. They are seeking an IT Service Desk Officer to join their Brisbane office.

Joining the national IT Support team, this role will be a full-time on-site role with very limited scope to work remotely. This role will see you provide support to partners, lawyers and professional support staff.
Responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of incidents, problems and service requests and see the incidents throughout the lifecycle.
- Provide IT support staff onsite and nationally where required.
- Provide after-hours support as part of a scheduled reoster on occasion.
- Provide support for key line of business applications such as Filsite, Aderant Expert, Office 365 and more.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional services organisations, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, high attention to detail, communication skills and experience with applications and systems.
