Job Description:

Join the Service Management team to play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and supporting Service Management processes, architecture, and technologies. The ideal candidate will leverage proficiency in business effectiveness, encompassing Service Management strategy, operating model development, process maturity assessment, and the formulation of roadmaps for process and tool implementation. While the scope of project responsibilities may vary, the primary focus of this role includes delivering solutions in areas such as Service Management Architecture and Planning, Service Optimization, Service Integration and Management, and ITIL process assessment, design, and implementation.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Management transformation.
  • Expertise in Service Management process design and implementation.
  • Knowledge or experience in Service Management operating model design and implementation.
  • Knowledge or experience in Service Management tool strategy, architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Familiarity with software asset management.
  • Understanding of Service Management automation and AIOps.
  • Experience with service operations review and stabilization.
  • Knowledge of Service Integration and Management (SIAM) operating model, process design, and tool implementation.
  • Familiarity with service catalog design and implementation.
  • Knowledge of service desk transformation and service delivery.
Supplementary Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualifications.
  • Experience with Service Management toolsets.
  • Ability to articulate design, operational, and technical issues.
  • Capability to express complex concepts into various media, including proposals, presentations, documentation, operating models, and process designs.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience with ITIL-oriented tools (operational or Service Management) – service desk, change, availability, and/or monitoring.
  • Knowledge of Cloud FinOps, Cloud Bill Analysis, and Cost Optimization.
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL4, SRE, COBIT, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google).
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Hold a relevant security clearance (if applicable).
  • Citizenship requirements as per government security clearance regulations.
