We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time permanent IT Support Officer. As an IT Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional end user and systems operations support to our esteemed clients. Responsibilities:
Provide end user, desktop, phone and server support through various channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Offer outstanding customer service by assisting users with IT hardware, software, and equipment-related issues and queries.
Perform technical troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure smooth operations.
Undertake network and administrative tasks such as physical upgrades, rollouts, documentation, and office move.
Implement incident management practices based on ITIL framework, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills to deliver high-quality support.
A passion for IT and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
Exposure to Linux Domain, IMAP, Windows 10/11, Office 365, Exchange 2016, SharePoint, Openscape IP phone system and Yealink Video Conference is desirable but not essential.
Eagerness for technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
Possess a technical mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Driver's license with car required to travel and support various sites.
Successful candidate will complete a police background check, a pre-employment health screening and require providing proof of right to work in Australia.
