A high profile, large Federal Government Department is seeking to engage an experienced IT Support System Administrator Specialist to be responsible for the day-to-day installation, setup and ongoing maintenance and support of IT Systems, products and related documentation. The successful IT Support System Administrator Specialist will be offered an initial 12-month contract partnered with long term extension options.

The successful IT Support System Administrator Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to;

Design and deployment of IT Hardware, software and services
Account provision and general IT product support
Provide technical advice and troubleshooting for end users
Systems documentation and administration

The successful IT Support System Administrator Specialist must have experience in the following;

Demonstrated IT experience (software, hardware, network infrastructure)
Ability to design and maintain IT system solutions
Ability to provide day-to-day support to technical and end users.
Linux and windows and server administration skills.
