A well known and highly respected South Australian based large retail business who believes in providing platform to employees for learning, exploring & growing within the organization, is looking to add a highly skilled individual with support experience across IT Systems & Network administration. This is an opportunity to apply your expansive technical knowledge and skillset to maintain overall IT Infrastructure of the organization & reporting to IT Infrastructure Manager.
Your new role
This organisation is currently seeking an experienced ICT System administrator to run the day-to-day operations of their IT Department. It is a fast-paced position that requires strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills and will require someone who is able to think on their feet and come up with creative solutions. You will be the first point of contact for all system and application support needs along with handling a range of other duties and responsibilities of the entire ICT infrastructure.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a complex and diverse role and therefore the following experience is necessary to be successful in the position:
- Microsoft Servers & Back-ups
- O365, M365, Azure/ AWS, Active Directory and Exchange, Share Point
- Networking Skills & Firewalls
- End User support
- VOIP & Remote desktop support
- Vendor Management
