About the role
As an IT Systems Administrator, you’ll work in a dynamic and complex technological environment while being responsible for the administration of Windows and Linux systems hosted on Cloud systems.
Your duties
• Investigate and resolve complex operational and technological issues
• Analyse operating policies, and review and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies
• Seek new and innovative ways to deliver high-quality technical outcomes
• Provide technical advice and support
Skills and experience
• Experience in the management of complex applications or systems across the lifecycle
• Experience in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or BASH
• Experience with Sitecore suite (XP, Content Hub, Coveo)
• Knowledge of the ITIL process, in conjunction with ITSM software
• Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
