Job description: Examines the procedures and techniques employed in the ICT systems currently in use and makes suggestions for changes, new systems, or the addition of other system components to meet the needs of the users as stated in specifications and other documentation.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Produce the required specifications in line with the needs of the customer and the project - Business Requirements, Stakeholder Requirements, Solution Requirements, Process Mapping
- Assess inefficiencies and propose ideal business practices and system functionalities
- Responsible for implementing practical solutions, including developing, implementing and testing to meet functional requirements
- Creating user and technical documentation
- Conducting training for end users and junior IT support engineers
- Creating functional specifications based on business requirements, for system developers
