Job Description
- Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering Ariba or similar Software as a Service (SaaS) procurement solutions training
- High level of understanding of the various functions and processes within a modern procurement organization.
- Proven experience in large-scale ICT, digital, and/or Ariba or SaaS transformation projects within the Local/State/Federal Government or a large corporate environment.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with other program team members
Competencies & Skill Level:
· Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering Ariba or SaaS procurement training strategies and plans to support human performance throughout the change.
· Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and effectively build relationships and communicate to diverse stakeholder groups.
· Ability to diagnose and analyze Ariba or SaaS procurement training issues and develop and implement effective interventions.
Desirable:
Extensive successful Ariba or SaaS procurement solution training experience in an ICT project management environment, preferably in a large-scale and/or complex organization
