Our client is one of the leading privately-owned property development companies with a diverse portfolio of successful projects across various industry sectors. They have a loyal team of hardworking, energetic, and highly impressive property professionals, and a culture that is inspirational. The team is focused and highly capable.
With a growing pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Iteration Manager to champion the agile way of working and assist with developing a planning strategy. You will drive and facilitate the team to follow the designed operating rhythm throughout the project delivery.
To be successful you will hold the below qualification and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a Business-related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.
Solid understanding of agile ways of working concept, scrum, lean, agile project management.
Sound knowledge of how information and technology contribute to business performance.
Experience working with senior management.
This role requires someone that is passionate, analytical, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with attention to detail and a strong understanding of excel.
