Black Finch Jewellery is opening in Sorrento! We are searching for a full-time Jewellery Sales and Design Consultant to join our team. The role will be 5 days/week including Saturdays. The successful candidate will have some experience in the Jewellery industry, though training in the role will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Engaging with customers, showcasing pieces from our in-store collection
- Guiding clients through jewellery design consultations - full training provided
- Maintaining merchandise displays
- Maintaining presentation of the store - general daily light cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone and in-store
- Documentation of jewellery pieces
- Fulfilling online orders - packaging, posting and updating inventory on Shopify
- Inventory management and stocktake and re-ordering
- Approvals
- Fostering a welcoming and inclusive retail environment for both customers and staff
- Work collaboratively with the team
- Share insights with the team about sales and customer feedback
