Then please read on… Reporting directly to the Manager Human Resource Services, this is a pivotal role for an experienced HR professional with a collaborative approach, to lead a team of HR Officers in the delivery of specialist recruitment and human resource services to staff and managers across the PTA. The ideal candidate will be a HR leader with a thirst for continuous improvement, and a results focussed approach to help drive and deliver on some key focus areas: Leads and coordinates the Recruitment Team to ensure on time, quality and customer satisfaction in the delivery of designated services. Mentors and coaches the team with respect to providing innovative and streamlined services and undertakes performance development and ongoing learning activities as required.
Coordinates and manages all aspects of sourcing, recruiting, inducting and onboarding candidates including managing the selection and appointment process and the breach process. Oversees the planning and implementation of large scale or targeted recruitment campaigns. About
