Role & Responsibilities!

• Oversee repairs for claims under $20,000 remotely
• Select and coordinate prequalified subcontractors to meet customer and insurer standards
• Control claim expenditure
• Arrange Makesafes and Specialist Reports as necessary
• Provide updates and variations for insurers
• Keep customers and insurer partners informed about repair progress
• Maintain and update claims databases

About You!

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Possess a positive attitude and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively
• Exhibit confidence, friendliness, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively
• Showcase strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excel in organization and efficiency while managing various tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in insurance or a trade background is desirable

To be successful, you will have:

• Driver licence
• Current Clear National Police
• COVID Vaccination Certification
