Professional level 9 salary - $119,610 to $126,324 pa
Plus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leave

Oversee the conduct of all Navy and Army training provided by Charles Darwin University (CDU) 

About the Position
As the Joint Technical Trades Training Services (JTTTS) State Training Manager, you will be responsible for the management and reporting of all training conducted by CDU through the Australian Defence Force (ADF) JTTTS contract. This will include getting new courses brought on scope for delivery to the ADF, developing and implementing new training programs, managing and reporting on existing programs and providing oversight of all aspects of the ADF students' training journey.

About You
To be successful, you will require:

  • Trade or degree qualification and extensive relevant experience developing and managing Vocational Education & Training (VET) training programs.
  • Proven expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated high degree of initiative taking, with sound problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a busy environment.
  • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise on complex issues with senior management, peers, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of business improvement practices, principles, methodologies, and tools.

Remuneration 
Appointment to this role will be at Professional level 9. The base salary will be in the range of $119,610 to $126,324 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $139,943 to $147,799 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
