About the role
This is a 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, full-time permanent position based at our States Showroom in Sydney ( Smithfield )
who requires a customer centric person to provide the best service to our customers. You will be passionate about furniture, relationship building and achieving sales. Be part of and support a successful team of likeminded professionals. Core responsibilities are:
Being the face of the company, meeting and greeting customers within the retail showroom
Educating and enlightening our customers on our products and services
Preparing quotations, proposals and conducting presentations
Assisting Business Development and Account Manager with sales support
Establishing and building strong relationships with existing customers and creating new business opportunities
$70k + Super + $30k in commissions
About you
To be successful and set yourself up for success, you will bring:
A passion assisting customers to achieve their goals and targets
Prior experience in a sales role, experience in furniture is not necessary but favourable however sales of a tangible product is mandatory.
Charismatic with exceptional verbal and written communication
Highly organized and self-motivated
Results orientated and focused
Able to apply a common-sense approach to problem solving and decision making
Strong commercial acumen
