Who are our Junior Account Managers?
Freightlancer's Junior Account Manager will focus on managing the day-to-day activities of our customers to ensure seamless operations. They will seek out to execute on opportunities to grow the business to the next level of operational excellence. They are tasked with the detailed execution of every customer and are continually collaborating with partners across the organization to improve service on their accounts, streamline processes, grow business, and elevate the freight owner experience.
What You'll Do
- Schedule deliveries with clients and 3rd Party Logistics providers
- Determine carrier to book based on rate, availability, and on-time performance
- Timely escalation of delivery issues or potential errors
- Nurture and develop strong and effective relationships with drivers and internal departments
- Monitor and manage driver performance
- Active connector to look for alternative solutions in case of issues and advise all sides of the business
- Responsible for daily crisis-management and rescheduling shipments if needed

And we'd love it if you had:
- 1+ years Experience in a customer-facing Logistics/Transport role
- Freight broker experience a huge plus
