We are looking for a JUNIOR apprentice pastry cook or baker who can bring their ideas, enthusiasm and pride to our bakery and work with the team in a fruitful way.

Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable.

Flexibility to work rotating roster including morning or evenings

Tasks & responsibilities
Preparing, baking and finishing pastry products such as individual cakes, croissants and tarts
Mixing dough & laminating
Great attention to detail
Great time management and communication skills
Be flexible with start and finish times and able to work weekends when needed
Be able to drive to required location within Brisbane CBD
Be able start immediately
