We are partnering with a global financial services organisation in the search for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Campus Recruiter! You will be joining a high energy internal recruitment team who are passionate about operational excellence and you will have the ability to bring creative ideas to the table!
Description
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with the recruitment team, hiring managers and candidates
- Screen candidate applications/resumes and conduct phone screens
- Schedule on-site and virtual interviews for Campus recruitment
- Manage logistics and marketing collateral for activities and events relating to interview days/competitions/meet-ups
- Partner with top-tier universities and student societies to promote branding initiatives and increase brand awareness
- Identify, drive and implement improvements to the recruitment process
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, campus/early careers experience highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Analytical mindset, customer-focused, energetic and motivated
- Demonstrated experience working well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
